These days, the Trade Association of the Chemical Industry (FCIO) and the e-mobility provider HORWIN, based on a concept by Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann/DMB. present the scooter of the future. The ELEMENTARY ECO is an e-scooter setting new standards within sustainability. The exterior is made of 100% recycled plastic - an absolute novelty in today’s market. In addition to the body and seat bench being made from imitation leather, a recyclable material, the scooter also guarantees 100% emission-free e-driving fun. A limited series of the scooter is currently being planned and should be available in the fall.
The ELEMENTARY ECO was a joint development and is now being launched with a national campaign. In addition to TV and online measures, the tram shelter with the new Gewista HoloCircle feature will be used as part of this campaign. Even the Reichsbrücke was shut down for a sensational night shoot as part of the upcoming TV Spot.
The campaign, designed by DMB., revolves around a change of perspective, using installations made of plastic waste to highlight the importance of recycling and demonstrate that sustainability and high-quality product design aren’t mutually exclusive.
Without chemistry, various sustainability processes are inconceivable, which is why the FCIO wants to use this campaign to illustrate the vital role chemistry plays in the future of e-mobility and the recycling industry.
GF FCIO, Sylvia Hofinger: "Numerous products from the chemical industry contribute substantially to climate protection. With the Elementary ECO, we demonstrate how chemistry offers us sustainable solutions in the field of electromobility."
Mariusz Jan Demner: "It doesn't happen every day but at DMB, innovation is becoming increasingly more common. As part of its work, the agency continues to invent products, which speak for themselves due to their contemporary nature. An example of this is the sustainable scooter, which has been met with strong media resonance.”
