The Vienna-based Demner.Group is expanding its management consulting business and has appointed a high-profile new executive: Noëmi Schmutzer, a Swiss executive and long-standing Accenture partner with responsibility for the DACH region, is joining the management team of consulting firm FLY’.

With this appointment, Demner.Group is further strengthening its consulting offering. Alongside its established agencies Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann / DMB. and Media1, FLY’ is set to play an even greater role in helping companies address strategic, transformation and growth challenges.

Schmutzer brings more than 20 years of international management experience. At Accenture, she supported companies through transformation processes and led projects at the intersection of strategy, technology and business development.

“Many companies are currently focused primarily on cutting costs, while significant growth potential often remains untapped,” says Schmutzer. “Especially in challenging times, it is crucial to consistently identify and leverage opportunities to create value.”

“We are currently seeing many companies scrutinise every euro they spend while at the same time overlooking opportunities worth millions. FLY’ identifies these opportunities and helps uncover hidden growth potential and unlock additional revenue. That is exactly why we are consistently expanding this area of our business,” say Mariusz Jan and Marcello Demner.

For Demner.Group, the appointment marks another step in the Group’s strategic development. Alongside communications, brand management and media consulting, management consulting is becoming an increasingly important part of its service offering. Together with brand strategist Katharina Schmid, Schmutzer will drive the expansion of FLY’ over the coming years.
