For over 30 years, Darbo and Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann/ DMB. have been inviting Austrians into the enchanting world of fruity delights. This year, Darbo and DMB. have once again collaborated with the german production company Zauberberg and the australian director Beatrice Pegard-Ferry to embark on another journey into the fantastical world of Darbo.
The new TV advert for Darbo confiture provides an insight into a (fictitious) Darbo house and explores the love of enjoyment behind the traditional company. One after another, the extraordinary family members are introduced at the breakfast table, each portraying a different way of enjoying their breakfast. Despite the variety of colourful personalities and their breakfast preferences, there is at least one thing that everyone at the Darbo house agrees on: the finest fruit treats from Darbo confitures are a must at every breakfast.
The TV advert goes on air in Austria, Germany and Italy, with particular attention paid to promoting awareness in export markets without losing the magic of the Darbo world for the domestic viewer. A conscious decision was also made to think online first: early branding was skilfully used as an introduction to the aesthetic Darbo world to ensure that the brand is immediately recognisable even in shorter online formats without losing sight of the magic.
