More than a campaign.

More and more companies with apprenticeship programmes in Austria are finding it difficult to fill their spots. Why is that? Because skilled trade jobs do not have a good image among young people and they are for the most part unaware of the excellent career opportunities offered by apprenticeship training programmes. The consequence is an ever-increasing shortage of skilled workers. The Austrian Economic Chambers want to change that by creating awareness in the target group, increasing the image of apprenticeship training programmes and offering comprehensive information.

Influencers picked up the target group where they spend most of their time: on social media, using a very own web series, in which Michi and Tina did selected skilled trade internships on behalf of everyone and using Instagram stories and content on Spotify, Snapchat and Facebook.

This allowed us to reach the mindset of the target group efficiently and create a new awareness for Austria's skilled trade jobs.

The outcome: many new impressions for the target group and an image boost for apprenticeships.
